GAL ANS Town Hall – March 2018

Over 250 employees from different departments and units met at ADNEC on 22 March, to take part in the first ever GAL ANS Town Hall. The Town Hall was organized to open a two-way dialogue with employees from 17 different locations across the country. The management of GAL ANS used the event to communicate the company’s strategy, and to facilitate a question and answer session where the management team answered questions from employees.

GAL ANS management team, represented by Mr. Khalid Al Breiki, Mr. Jesper Skou, Mr. David Adebiyi and Mr. Ahmad Saif were featured speakers, communicating the current situation of the company, presenting the new strategy and inspiring employees to get involved and build on GAL ANS strong foundation to grow the business.

A total of 12 employees and two teams were recognized in 6 different GAL ANS STAR Award categories for their exceptional contribution to the business. The recognition was based on the nominations received from their fellow employees.

A resounding success, the Town Hall achieved its goals of staff networking and recognition, as well as communication and consultation.
