From disappointment to success – a young Emirati’s journey to become an Air Traffic Control Officer.

GAL ANS has recently graduated four trainees on the Aerodrome Control Course at the GAL ANS Training Academy in Al Ain.

This tremendous achievement was evidence of the determination and focus displayed by the three young men and one young woman, demonstrating a great attitude and willingness to learn and support each other throughout the high pressure course.

For one of the graduates in particular, Hazza Al Shehhi, who had been unsuccessful at his first attempt on this course 2 years ago, it was vindication that hard work, dedication and the right attitude can help you realise your dreams.

Their success was achieved with the full support of the GAL ANS management who maintained a strong belief in their characters and abilities throughout.
