Refurbishment of Visual Control Room, Including Installation of New Controller Working Positions

GANS project managed the replacement of all Controller Working Positions with new operational furniture and the overall refurbishment of the Visual Control Room at a busy International Airport. This activity was conducted in a live operational environment, so special consideration had to be given, so as not to disturb the controllers as they performed their duties.
