A designated area for the training of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operators was established adjacent to a busy airport that has a mixture of training flights and IFR traffic. This area is intended for use predominantly for the training of new pilots of Unmanned Aerial Systems. The designated area was established in consultation with the stakeholders and is published in the applicable AIP.  The area has been designed in accordance with regulatory guidelines and is activated when required by NOTAM.
