What Does GANS Do

The GANS OHSMS is compliant with the ISO 45001 standard. The GANS OHSMS enables us to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving our occupational health and safety performance.

GANS utilises its OHSMS to improve occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards, and minimise occupational health and safety risks, as well as address OHSMS nonconformities associated with our activities.

The objectives of the GANS OHSMS are:

• Continual improvement of occupational health and safety performance
• Fulfilment of legal requirements and other requirements
• Achievement of occupational health and safety objectives

The GANS OHSMS is applicable to occupational health and safety risks under the control of GANS, considering factors such as the context in which we operate and the needs and expectations of our staff, clients, and other interested parties.

The GANS IMS is certified by LRQA of London under UKAS accreditation to the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) standard. This standard helps GANS to achieve the intended outcomes of our OHSMS in line with the GANS Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
