As part our of Group restructuring in our Aviation Division, Global Advanced Aero Solutions LLC (GAAS) is proud to announce that it is now part of Global
Air Navigation Services LLC (GANS). This merger brings together two recognized and key companies, under the Aviation Division of YAS Holding Group.

GAAS provides top quality and cost-effective supply chain solutions to the Civil and Defence Aviation Industry, with services and support to an extensive
customer base across various platforms including Airbus All Series, Boeing All Series, and Various Military & Helicopter platforms.

GAAS services which merge with GANS include the following:

• Aircraft/Helicopter spare parts and components support
• Ground Support Equipment complete solution (spare parts, Factory New units, overhauled units, Leasing solution, maintenance)
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Distribution
